Resumen:
The Fine Arts Museums in our cities are a valuable didactic resource in order to develop lots of different activities within the bilingual programs and CLIL approach. This article explains the scarce importance that education in the museums has had in Spain throughout the 20th century and the increase of these educational departments in the last thirty years. The authoress presents a summary of activities designed by herself in which English is the target language. These activities, rarely used in this context (museum), are related with different learning subjects such as: natural and social sciences, literature, art history, art and music. In spite of the difficulties, the experience is absolutely rewarding.
