Resumen:
Students of Maritime Academy are being trained to develop their profession on merchant marine ships. This is a particular environment in which they will live with a limited number of people for long periods, with minimal contact with the outside world. Therefore, emotional self-regulation to avoid mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression are key. In this project, involved professors evaluated the levels of anxiety and depression of the students and then developed a training program appropriate to the detected needs, providing nautical students with tools to manage their emotional well-being.
