Abstract:
En esta memoría se describen nuevas reacciones de ciclación electrófila de alquinoles o eninos promovidas por ácidos próticos o por tetracloruro de platino. Concretamente, en el Capítulo A se describe una nueva reacción de doble adición Michael intramolecular que permite sintetizar derivados de biciclo[3.3.1]nonanos de una forma eficiente. En el Capítulo B se describe una reacción de síntesis de cicloalquilcetonas a través de un proceso de ciclación inusual de eninos y sin precedentes en la bibliografía. En esta reacción, el catalizador de platino PtCl4, promueve tres procesos diferentes de forma consecutiva. En el Capítulo C se describe una nueva reacción de síntesis de fluoruros de alquenilo cíclicos a partir de eninos o alquinoles. Esta reacción está promovida por ácido tetrafluorobórico que aporta un protón y un fluoruro al proceso.
