dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to discuss about the rationality in the behaviour of the agents who operates in the "market" of Spanish professional soccer as sport show. Some examples of rent seeking are drawn from the recent changes in the regulation that require to soccer clubs to be transformed in Anonymous Sport Corporations, including the behaviour of hostelry�s people, builders and local politicians.
