dc.description.abstract | In this master thesis, the different railway systems and their infrastructure have been studied, in order to provide context for the main topic of this project. This is the validation of the RailNeos 2.0 tool, which was developed by CAF Turnkey \& Engineering in association with the University of Oviedo, and funded by ESTEFI project. The validation is based in the comparison between RailNeos 2.0 and its first version of the results from a real railway infrastructure. Once this is done, the same grid will be simulated and analysed in order to explain how a railway system works in a simple manner. At the same time, several modifications will be carried out in the grid to see how their parameters and the energy they manage change. | spa |
