dc.description.abstractThe work will be aimed at the preparation of Finite Element model of the vertical ground heat exchanger that is part of ground source heat pump system. The numerical model will be prepared under the Ansys environment. The work will consist of: (a) the preparation of Finite Element model of the ground heat exchanger with one borehole and comparison with analytical model as well as numerical model [1,2]. (b) Preparation of Finite Element model of the ground heat exchanger of the service of office building in Atlanta, GA (USA).eng
